PACCO's production process adheres to a strict quality control system, ensuring precision, stability, and efficiency at every step—from raw materials to finished goods shipment.

1. Raw Material Preparation & Slitting
Paper Selection: based on the tube’s application (e.g., general industrial use, high strength, moisture resistance), we select base paper with the appropriate grammage, number of plies, and performance characteristics.
Precision Slitting: Wide-format base paper is slit into specified-width strips using CNC slitting machines according to order requirements, ensuring a width tolerance within ±0.5 mm.
2. Tube Forming
Glue Application & Lamination: Paper strips pass through an automatic gluing system, where food-grade or industrial-grade adhesive is evenly applied, followed by multi-layer hot-press lamination to form a stable structure.
Spiral Winding: On high-speed tube-winding machines, multiple glued paper strips are spirally wound onto a mandrel at a set angle. Temperature and pressure controls enable preliminary curing and shaping.
3. Curing & Drying
Initial Curing: Newly formed tubes continue rotating on the conveyor line to allow even initial adhesive distribution.
Drying Process: Tubes enter a controlled drying tunnel where thorough drying is achieved under regulated temperature and ventilation, ensuring strong interlayer adhesion and overall stability.
4. Length Cutting
Precision Measurement: Laser or encoder-based positioning marks tubes according to customer-specified lengths.
CNC Cutting: Automatic precision cutters perform high-accuracy cutting, ensuring smooth, burr-free ends with a length tolerance within ±1 mm.
5. Surface Treatment & Finishing
End Finishing: Tube ends are chamfered or smoothed as needed to prevent burrs and edge damage.
Surface Processing: Secondary operations such as polishing, calendering, printing, coating, or laminating can be applied to meet various industries' aesthetic and performance requirements.
6. Quality Inspection
Dimensional Check: Full or sampling inspection of length, diameter, wall thickness, roundness, etc.
Performance Testing: Key indicators including compressive strength, moisture resistance, and surface adhesion are tested.
Visual Inspection: Surface smoothness, print clarity, and absence of defects are verified.
7. Packaging & Shipping
Standard Packaging: According to shipping and customer requirements, products are packed using stretch film, edge protectors, pallets, or cartons to prevent transport damage.
Labeling & Traceability: Each package includes product labels and traceability codes to ensure clear information and full traceability.
Warehousing & Dispatch: Finished goods are temporarily stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse before scheduled logistics dispatch.
